Sick Days

Spent 2-3 days in bed sick and had this little monkey to keep me company. She is definitely a Momma's girl and is attached to my hip always. I can't even go to the restroom without her trying to bust the door open or sticking her little baby fingers in the bottum crack of the door. It's good to be needed including when my 7 year old girl has traded "Mom time" in for "Video game time". Aaaahh to be young.

Lollipop

You make my heart go giddyup- Used this for 2 of my girls parties. Made with the large bag of dum dum lollipops and a Styrofoam ball which I found at Michael's.

Duct Tape Flower Pens

Never loose a pen again. Another good way to get your older girls away from the video games and TV. Made these a little while back and am on the hunt for more duct tape projects TO DO. The flower pens are a bit time consuming but in a way addicting. The best thing about this bouquet is that I am never scrambling for a pen :)

 

Bad Kitty

Well thats a pretty darling kitty keychain. Behold!! this cute lil kitty is actually a weapon. We all get a little weird walking to our cars alone and have stuck a couple keys in our fingers from time to time.You just stick your fingers in the eyes. Homemade Laundry Detergent

 A Recipe for some 

 Laundry Lovin

After looking over many Laundry detergent recipes I decided to take a little bit from each and make my own. This is my first time making my own detergent and the recipe promises to last 4-6 months. Initially it will cost a little more than your average store bought detergent ( I spent $25.) but in the long run 

   you shall save...

 2 Bars of Zote soap or Fels- Naptha

                                 
Arm and Hammer Super Wash Soda

Borax (1) 4lb box

  Oxy Clean

    Arm and Hammer Baking Soda 4 lb box

        Optional: Purex Crystals Fabric Softener or 

         try 3-4 bottles of Scentsy washer whiffs.

    The directions are ABC 123. Get a bucket to mix

     all ingredients together leaving out the zote soap.

                   

    Using a cheese grader... Shred both soaps and 
add to your mix.

 

        Last step. Put some of that homemade love in your

        leftover Purex Crystals bottle and VIOLA you are done.

       You only need 2 tablespoons per load. or one Cupful of 

    your purex lid. Enjoy!
